b.      Opening your gift/ability. See your inner potential (sifat dinamis).

c.       Being the best you can be/motivation. It is not about talent. It is about getting the best shape. Maksimalkan yang ada supaya tercapai hasil yang optimal.

d.      Continuous improvement. We must set the bar and continually raise it from time to time. Besok harus lebih baik daripada hari ini. Jangan berpuas diri.

We must grow, but grow with excellence, with professionalism, with character.
